WonderSync

Terms

These terms cover what WonderSync does for you, what it costs, and where your responsibilities as a marketplace seller begin and ours end. The short version: we automate the listing and delisting, you remain the seller.

What the service does

WonderSync cross-lists products from a Shopify store you control to eBay Germany and eBay US, and removes listings from the other channels when an item sells on one of them. It is a tool that acts on your behalf using credentials you supply.

Your account

You need an account to use WonderSync, and you are responsible for what happens under it, including anything your team members do. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and connect only Shopify stores and eBay accounts you are authorised to manage.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Basic is free and covers 25 cross-listed products. Premium is €29 per month for 250 products, and Enterprise is €99 per month for unlimited products. Prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your country.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel or change plan yourself at any time in the billing portal. Cancelling returns you to the free Basic tier at the end of the paid period — your data is not deleted. Tier limits are enforced when you publish, so exceeding a limit blocks new cross-listings rather than interrupting existing ones.

Marketplace rules are still yours

Shopify and eBay each have their own terms, listing policies and seller performance standards. WonderSync helps you comply — for example by refusing to invent item-specific values it cannot verify — but it does not take on your obligations. You remain responsible for what your listings say, what you ship, and the standing of your marketplace accounts.

Marketplace APIs change and occasionally fail. Where a marketplace rejects an action, WonderSync reports it to you rather than working around it.

What automated delisting can and cannot guarantee

WonderSync is engineered so that a sale is claimed exactly once and every other live listing is queued for removal in the same database transaction. Retries back off from 2 to 120 seconds, and a reconciliation sweep re-checks live listings every 10 minutes.

What it cannot do is undo a completed purchase. If two buyers pay for the same item at effectively the same moment on two marketplaces, one of those orders will need to be cancelled by you. WonderSync guarantees that you are told immediately, with the exact order and marketplace named — not that the situation is impossible. You are responsible for cancelling, refunding and communicating with the affected buyer.

Availability

We aim to keep WonderSync running continuously, and its scheduled jobs are designed to recover from downtime without losing sales — failed polls do not advance their cursors, and the sweep re-detects anything missed. Even so, the service is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime level, and may be interrupted for maintenance or by a dependency outside our control.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using WonderSync at any time by disconnecting your marketplaces and closing your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to breach a marketplace’s rules, to abuse the service, or in a way that puts other accounts at risk.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that materially affects you, we will let you know before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means the updated terms apply.
